Detailed information on tourist attractions, hotels, camping, roads, and on the numerous excursions is available from the ticket office. A large display of brochures, postcards, slides, publications and maps are also available.
Still in the same building is a large shop, where it is possible to buy minerals and fossils from all over the world. The choice is vast, with a price range to suit everyone.
There is also a large assortment of precious stones (amethyst, granite, aquamarine, blue topaz, peridot, etc.) and silver jewellery inlayed with semi-precious stones, fossils, minerals and coral. The "excellent quality for an excellent price" standard, of course remains.
